Warfighter felt very sluggish and several maps have areas that appear you can go too however you either run into a invisible wall or you go to a out of bounds section that starts a timer. The online experience to put it bluntly just wasn’t very much fun.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter isn’t without controversy as 7 of the famous SEAL Team 6 members received a punitive letter of reprimand and a partial forfeiture in pay for two months for their involvement in the story. EA hired these SEALs has consultants to give a more realistic and emotional story. Several of the missions in the campaign state at the beginning that the mission was inspired by real events.
Overall I was really excited for the game as I had grown tired of the Medal of Honor franchise and the 2010 Reboot shot a jolt of life into the series. It’s too bad that with this 14th edition they have taken another step back. It might just be the case that we have way too many FPS’s being released each year and except for Call of Duty and Battlefield none of them really stand out. I reviewed this game exclusively for Playstation 3 and it’s available for Xbox360 and PC as well. Medal of Honor: Warfighter receives a 5 out of 10.
Thanks to NSA for pointing out a silly error. Jerk!
