Joe Con 2012 is in full swing and the news,  photo’s and coverage has been coming in at a furious pace.  As we have been discussing the updates from our friends at OG13.com as well as other Joe sites like GeneralsJoes.com,  it was announced today that two figures were pulled out of the display case shortly after they were displayed.  One of our Forum Founder’s Birddog surprised us today with a rare photo of a possible upcoming Roadblock which was one of the two figures that was yanked out of the Hasbro case.  Here is a quote from Birddog: Here’s a picture of the Roadblock I took. Jinx: Anatomy of an SDCC Exclusive

  Hot on the heels of both Sgt. Slaughter and Zarana, fans found out at Toy Fair earlier this year that the 2012 SDCC G.I. Joe Exclusive would be the red-clad female ninja, Jinx. Just a few days ago, we finally saw the first glimpse of the card art in the form of leaked samples from China. As always, the overseas samples stirred up a cruel hybrid of excitement and gnashing of teeth among the collecting communities as they await the chance to either get her at the Convention for retail price, or pay ridiculous prices on the secondary market to obtain her as non-attendees. SlayerCon 2- Day 2 Coverage

SlayerCon 2 Day 2 Coverage One of The Fighting 1:18th Founding members, Fogger1138 attended the event and has the Intel for us! We don’t have a whole lot of New information from Day 2 however we do have a much larger Gallery including some more pictures from Day 1.  Below are some tidbits from Fogger. – Got to see Ben (Jedi Master Ben on the SDS forums, one of Slayer’s sculptors) sculpting in wax.  The other main SDS sculptor works in resin,   so it was neat to see one way to do it. – Had a small demo on working with foam for cliffsides,  and for flocking coniferous and deciduous trees.  I got to take one home! – Played lots of Relic Wars.
