I'm saying "No". WM's in my area have already pulled the Joes off the shelf that they brought back last month. A sad time for Joe fans.

If it already went through production, then yes it will come out in some capacity. Whether it's mass retail, online exclusive, or discount store. The real question is whether or not it was produced yet.

I would love for this thing to come out, but the odds of me seeing this in person, or at a normal retail price, aren't good.

KT is probably going to stay the hell away from this thread. :D

Theoretically I should have, but there is a superior boat (no, I can't help you with a diver figure) sitting at Big Lots at this moment and I can't resist the chance to dick slap Hasbro fanboys for their stupidly placed loyalty.

IF it comes out all, it will at best be at closeout retailers. I'm starting to think Hasbro is worse than Mattel when it comes to lame ideas. Anyone NOT have those fucking motorcycles stinking up the pegs? Anyone? Anyone at all?

Yup. W.1 fucked the entire line. Thanks, Paramount, for your inability to A: get the final designs to Hasbro in a timely manner, and B: that wonderful 9 month delay.

Hasbro, you are not blameless. Reduced articulation on the single-carded figures, 5 PoA on the vehicle drivers, and those fucking motorcycles should have never been cleared. You ought to be buying back that wave one shit, too. I swear, it's like a compulsion with you, loading the back-half of a line with great product, knowing full well the line will have long stalled at retail.

Considering the boats you can usually find at Big Lots, I could care less about this one. Odds are BL stuff will be cheaper and you will get more bang for your buck. Nostalgia only goes so far with me and I rather something that has a bit more function. Plus, you can get twice the boat most likely for less than what the Night Landing will be. Hell, with BL stuff coming out once a year it is almost better stocked than GI Joe.

Indeed. Imagine the ability to have your man AND the crate of weapons comfortably situated in the boat AT THE SAME TIME! Amazing! Splendiferous! Stupendous serendipity!

Stop it with your crazy talk. Function is not as cool as fashion.

Fer sure. Who'd want a toy boat to have some function? It has a Hasbro stamp and I had one 30 years ago, that's all I cares aboot!

Just read a post elsewhere with this response from Hasbro customer service:
"Thank you for your interest in Hasbro, Inc. and GI Joe.

Regrettably, the GI Joe Night Landing Raft is not listed as a current product. We also do not have any information on future availability at this time. Since many revisions may occur prior to a product release, information, such as release dates, possible new items and where to buy future products, is not available in advance for distribution.

We ask that you visit our web site at Hasbro Toys & Games for Kids | Toys for Boys & Girls | Hasbro Online often for the most current product information.

We appreciate your understanding and your interest."

How those clueless cumbubbles can set out prototypes and put up signs and give out dates at Conventions 3 times in a row, and then something magically disappears after they've sworn up and down things like "Oh yes, half will have the Cobra sigil, half won't... It was a production change", blows my mind. It can't be that easy to fuck up that often. If something "was" a production change, then it had to have been produced.

If you can't get a retail buyer, slap that shit up in your own goddamn online store. HTS would sell out in hours, especially something as golden as the Night Landing.

Personally, I couldn't give two half shits about the boat, but like others I'd have bought several for the figure alone. You never go full retard Hasbro.

Meh, I bet sellers on ebay will have the diver eventually. They are at least somewhat reliable.

Big Lots had the PTE version of the NLC.

And 3 divers, too.

Meh, those figures look like reject practice dummies... I either give away or throw away those shitty figures. I'd rather have an absurdly undersized boat with one excellent figure than a great boat with 3 retards.

It was good of you to stop sucking Hasbro's dick long enough to comment, Thank you!

No one said anything about using the figures, they said the accessories, which will do fine with the 95% Ultimate SE buck that is the proposed Torpedo/Eel.

Uh okay Aunt Crabby Panties, you're the one who mentioned 3 figures like it was a fucking selling point. :whatever:

Pretty much every figure has made it to e bay eventually. I would imagine this will too.
