Oh, I'd be using it on the Teika buck. I haven't opened any of my 101st figures, are the T-bars not compatible with Joes?

I've got the Destro lower prepped with the pelvis post of the Dragon figure, so that's all together and shit.

Now it's arm and head shit to work on. Also did the Imperial cockade for the Südwester, so all that's left on that is paint.

Let's not jerk me off just yet. Waist swaps and forcing sets of legs to work together are pretty small tasks. :D

Got the arms on. Had to dremel depressions into the shoulders, as the original arms simply plug in they were completely flat. Not happy using the CC arms, but I think they'll work as a place holder.

A bit, but that would get dangerously close to internal mods I'm not wholly comfortable with. Besides, this way he can grab his throat when he gets punched in it.

@ just finished customs, swapped out the torso on the orc with Lando in Jabba's Palace disguise (had to chop the neck hence the big shawl). The Knight uses a Chap Mei head carved out to fit the ball socket, I had to swap the lower arms out for some spare Henry the Red arms. I just paint matched the blue and red on the solders.

All these figures have just had their heads made removable and interchangeable. They work with the above Chap Mei head too. Eventually I'll have more heads than bodies hence the ability to swap them easily.

I've just thrown this guy together, a larger warg Rider to mix up the body types. Still a lot to do on him.

These ladies I started early December, I'm not gonna rush them so I do a little bit more on them every other week. They're inspired by this idea I had for 2 Female Adventures based loosely on Asterix and Obelix.

Mara Jade is one of my favorite Star Wars characters... but Hasbro just keeps dropping the ball. I was excited for the newest version, until I got her in hand... so I had to do some work. Swapped out pretty much everything except for the torso and arms (and kneepads, I guess).

I'm calling it generic for sensitivity reasons on Facebook. But she was in 2 of the highest grossing films in her genre

edit: she's intended to be a dreadnok groupie.

Just settled on this which kind of makes her look like Mila Kunis. Now just need a codename.

Anyone know if the RoC Rex Lewis lab coat will fit over the DG Shippy torso?

More importantly, anyone currently casting it?

Not really projects on the bench as much as just... experimenting. I found these Duck Dynasty figures at an out of the way WalMart yesterday (none of the WM stores near me ever got them) and picked up these 3... tried to see if the heads could be used for something, and immediately thought 'Dreadnoks'... and with a little modding tried to fit them on a body. They look a tiny bit... tiny but I think they could work.

The other thing I found was the new DC 3.75" figures. Picked up a few, including this neat Mr. Freeze. Wanted to see if I could get him apart to cast the head inside the dome, and... well, I've never seen a figure constructed quite like this...
