I will be picking this bad boy up. He'll probably be in the $80 price range Eddie... you may want to prepare yourself for that now.
Ok Guys I am unclear on this .
In the Acid Rain post Apocalyptic War , is it mutant vs. humans ?
Clans vs clans ?
Nations vs nations ?
Or what ?

It is humans vs. humans (for now). There are clans that control areas but for now seems to be nation vs. nation. Warlords took over major cities when things got ugly so they have a foot hold in there. Also, soil ghosts are people that are basically a tribe that work for themselves. Little has been told about them so far. They are kind of a rogue tribe of people.
I actually saw someone take a picture with some of the 21st century items like the bombed out building and these work well with them. Considering it is set in that time it really meshes well with the line.

I'm just guessing. The MK2 came with a figure and is $130 bucks. I'm assuming this will come with a figure as well because it's useless without one. So the figure is $20. The vehicle is probably going to be around $60... so $80 is my guess.
I am torn on what to buy. I think I am going to stick to the figures for now. They look so damn cool. I hope they are not fragile little things.

No reports of breakages, but there aren't enough of them out there to be certain, though the Stronghold by all accounts is "built Tonka Tough". As for the setting, it's about 50 years after the "end" of WWII. Corporation-States fight over dwindiling resources and profit margins. The Soil Ghosts are sounding like scapegoats and boogie men, but I guess the story will flesh that all out later.
The figures are a softer material than other toy lines. Good thing is they flex more. Bad thing could be with the wrist area if you are too abusive. I have put the figure and mech in many positions with no issue so far.
I just remember Mcfarlane stuff looked cool, but if you gave it the evil eye it fell apart. I am sure these babies will exceed my expectations.

I think a follow-up comment mentioned that both would come out in both styles, but it wasn't by the developer.
That piqued my interest too...a boat and suit in their style?...that can't be bad, can it?
I hope so. I want to keep everything uniform. I'm going to get a sand stronghold and speeder so I think I'm going to stick with the sand theme if possible.
So are these an opposing faction?
