........I'm gonna sneak in some pics that I forgot.....
I realized that the gunner's pos. needed a little boost that needs to tuck away when not being used....with a little gps attached....

the roof is just sitting there so it look's real crooked...its just to show scale. You see as I made the cab bigger for the 'figs' to fit in, I can add all this stuff cool texture like the lcd screens and radios and gearshifts and guns and other shit....:lmao:

stay tuned for more....a whole bunch more.......:panic:

 HFF...here is the latest

and just for the one's whom just don't get how big these trucks really are....

So I think I'll make the armor and mounts moveable so that the owner can switch from 'cargo' to 'gun' truck. Cool eh?

Stay tuned for more....:salute:

Which HMMWV is that? 21st Century? No grill is wrong.. BBI? Doesn't seem like it.

It's scratch built by Digler. You must have missed the build

I think Digler is fast becoming the new BBI.

Holy Macaroni! I think that'd be awesome to have it modular.. now you just need little tie downs to secure it to the bed :D

it doesn't attach, it seats into the bottom ring so it can be removed when you want and it swivels 360.

Heh..=)...I thought that you will fix it there so it will rotates but cant be deattached. Well if the turrets circle seats tight (and I more than sure of that) - thats awsome and pretty clever execution. Especially when you will send it to the owner. Bravo!

And a big thank you for answering my questions about the build. Thanks to your photos I've learned a lot. Thank you Digler :salute:

:wave:HFF............first base paint coat and assembly, some modular parts.....gun turrets are all removable, rear gun carriage removable, front drivers armor removable, I've added coms and radio in the front turret for calling out arty and JDAM strikes..........

the 'HYAB' or 'picker' or 'crane', for the back will need to wait as it needs to be 'engineered' on paper because it has many moving parts working together and right now, I don't have a clue how to execute that. Lots more time, research and drawing for this. I originally was going to use the one from that Bruder toy that I kinda started the 6x6 with if you guys remember. That thing would just insult this piece for the customer.

......NOT FINNISHED YET! Two more stages to go!
This stage is the final paint and gloss.
...............final paint, and 6 gloss coats.......factory(looking) finish, (the pre-weathering marks are just that, the wheel wells, inside the box, alone the doors & jambs, and weld joints are all prep work for the weathering phase and then the final mud and dust stage.

I'm still learning how to use my new camera but these pics were taken in natural light and cleaned a little. Like I said two more stages to go.... So.............stay tuned for more! :salute:
