Well, after finding a bunch of my old Joe's, a new interest in these little bastards has manifested... I just built my first dioramas, and now I've gone and joined this site. Hello rabbit hole.
Great forum, awesome resources, and for my first post I figured what y'all have wrought would be a good place to start.

I'm brand new to The Fighting 1:18th and wanted to introduce myself. I've been visiting the forum for some time admiring many of the great shots that you guys share.

Awesome, man! It's funny, I posted a very similar post about two months ago and have loved this site since! If fact, my pics even featured a couple of the same figures! Now I've been lucky enough to get "picture of the month" honors and had my banner used for the month of October!
Make sure to join the banner contest for November. Sorry to say, no military figs allowed this month.

Not my best work, but working on a better version of the F4 in space. These 1:18 scale space rovers, etc are pretty neat-o. Got em at TJ Maxx for like $5 each.
I read that as "In The Sheets," but seeing as how it was gay porn anyway, I guess I was right.

Dollar General has them.
They're too large for 55 gallon drums, but they'll pass for 110.
I get the same drums from King Kullen. Come loose, no cardboard or anything, filled with slime. Perfect for 1:12 figs.
