It certainly looks legit... It's a weird frankenstein of Halo and CoD parts. The legs and upper arms are CoD sculpts, but the chest, lower arms, and waist are Halo parts. Historically parts from the two grounds aren't all that compatible, but maybe they did some mods on the tooling to make it work better.
Not crazy about the stumpy chest and forearms from Halo, as they look small to me after years of customizing the CoD parts, but I guess once you get them all in a group, those little nitpicks will fade away.
It at least looks like they spent some money to tool some accessory gear. Here's to hoping they print his eyes properly in production so he doesn't resemble Droopy Dog on my shelf

IT'S HAPPENING!!!!!
Goes on sale on November 15th at 12 pm EDT only on MattelCreations... $81.
The vehicle scale is a bit small, and the HISS tank gives me Kre-O vibes, so that's not ideal. Definitely like my custom HISS tanks better in that regard, as they're nearly as large as the OG 1:18th version. These look really tiny. The Skystriker looks better, but it's still very undersized compared to the brick F-14 I have parts for... which reminds me, I need to get on that (it's only 83rd in the customs queue). The figures look spectacular...
The sales channel makes me think this is a one-off release rather than a whole line. Part of me is sad because the figures look great and it'd be criminal to only give us four of them. The other part of me is ok with that, as collecting another Joe line beyond Classified, Ultimates, and ReAction+ was going to be a bit daunting both from a logistics and money standpoint. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My enthusiasm has turned to disappointment. Upon closer examination, the HISS is stupid-small. The Kre-O HISS was too small for mega figures, and it was 21 studs long. This HISS looks to be 15 studs long, a full 30% smaller than the Kre-O. It's chibi nonsense. 
If it weren't for the figures, I'd be tempted to skip it, but the figs are awesome, and the canopy and stickers of the skystriker might be useful when building my own correct-scale version F-14. So I'll get one set, but if the HISS is bagged separate and I don't have to fish out parts, it's getting sold post haste before people realize what a travesty it is.
