I have been working on this for quite awhile now...it includes a custom rifle made with Obi's ideas (parts of 4 different guns I believe and sculpting), combining 2 torsos and sculpting as well. Plus getting custom waterslides made too... Here is my version of KJ based off the 1st pic...

the black vs dark gray is an issue. Absolutely...as is the light gray vs silver...both are hard to tell the difference in the instructions...

It was a great build...lots of pieces even had to build the doors and all sorts of details. I had it laid out on my customizing area for a couple weeks and built when I had time.

Does the satelite look like the one in my "ultimate battle pack" vehicle/playset entry at the Iowa Joe con? The accessories look like what I have (and have sent most to Jesse in case someone wants casts someday) - not sure the astronauts headsculpt looks as nice...
