I hade some Iron Man Scrap-Parts in my fodder bin, so I cobbled them together and gave them complete repaints. Use dry brushing over a black base coat to create a weathered look.

Felt like I had a pass on that, being the the Dwarf General riding the War Pig in the hobbit had a Plumed helmet. It also makes him appear taller.
