1:18 Removable Y-Harness

I am just wondering if there are any 1:18 removable y-harness out there. Preferably one without any attachments on it.

We'll, actually it's more like our Vietnam era LCE but with a single lower suspender intead of two.

To be honest, I think it would be easier to scratch-build a form-fitting y-strap out of elastic band or tape than to convert something.
You might be able to put the harness on an existing belt and go from there.
