2012 Concept case - Raven's Wing member

I really enjoyed this figure from last year's concept case and well, i just had to make one! Now, I did make some tweaks due to a lack of exact parts, but on the whole this figure is one of the cleanest Ive ever made! It also allowed my to use my home-made mini light box!

I consider these guys to be the top of the Joe squad Black Ops squad. Doing work where noone else dares under complete anonymity! So on that note here he is:

Head: Crimson Horseman - Tofu Jesse cast
Torso: POC Duke -rocket pack edition
Arms: POC Beachhead
Legs:
upper- Resolute Stalker
Lower- POC Skydive

Accs:
Pistol: Ren. Scarlett Modded to fit holster
Rifle: ROC PIT Commando I believe (best fit for the one pictured in the vault image)

Honestly, I am super happy with this piece, and hope you all enjoy it! My only gripe is that the flag on the shoulder did not turn out well. I tried all my tricks but it just wasnt happening!

On a current aside, I have tracked down the parts to make one exact to the case model and will be finishing it soon.

I, too, wish Hasbro would release these figures. I like the concept of the Raven's Wing black ops group, working side by side with the other Joes, or alone, and would buy several of them. BUT, Hasbro would have to bring back the file card like the one shown in the above pic. Not having them takes something away from all of the latest figures.

I thoroughly agree with you there! Its like amputated a limb! The joe aesthetic is now crippled with a loss of back story.

Though I wasn't crazy about the file cards that the Rise of Cobra/Pursuit of Cobra figures came with, at least they had them. When I first saw the Raven's Wing figure last year and the accompanying file card, I had hopes that maybe Hasbro was going to reintroduce the old school versions of them. That would make a whole lot of people happy.
