I was going to put tank-like treads on this, and I even had them installed and weathered but then I changed my mind. Many of the vehicles I have planned will have treads, so I decided to limit their use if possible so that not ALL of them would look the same.
So, they have little domes on them with a line cut down the middle...reminiscent of the "hub caps" on the Colonial Marines APC. I also added spot light on the overhead cage, those are made out of "googly eyes" and paper clips.
The construction workers are Poe Dameron from the SW: The Force Awakens Black series with various details removed, a head swap and their vests colored safety green with reflective silver bands.
