Nah Barry, and Wally are both really nice guys. If you want proof of this watch the old JLU episode that had him as the main story interest. One of his rouges was on a rampage, and after he beat him, he sat him down, and asked him if he had forgotten to take his meds that day, and if I remember correctly he even bought the guy lunch at the dinner he was in before the fight. Granted the guy went to jail, but he told the criminal that he'd be at the trial letting the judge know that the guy hadn't taken his meds (IIRC). So definitely no claws Flash is probably the nicest of the Justice League guys. Just think if Bats dealt with his rouges that way. Wow Arkham would be empty he could probably rehab most of his rouges. Penguin isn't too bad of a guy, Mr Freeze just needs some research money to help cure, and then unfreeze his wife, Twoface probably could have been helped right off the jump, but his dual personality has totally set in now. Though even he could probably be helped some, Poison Ivy isn't too bad, she just needs to be set free against those idiots destroying the rainforests. Selina (Catwoman) isn't really bad at all any more.The only ones that are probably WAY too far gone are Clayface, Killer Croc, and definitely Joker. *Though if it wasn't for the bottle warmer accident that killed his wife, and unborn child he wouldn't have become totally unhinged. Then again I don't know. After falling that vat, and seeing your face like that it'd probably unhinge just about anyone.*
