David Chaplowski, adopted at birth, USMC VET. As a county Sheriff, Chopper like most others found themselves conflicted during the gun confiscation and after various gun battles in the mid west with DHS, the law became the outlaw.

As a MARSOC member he still has plenty of contacts within the military and resistance forces and is a key liason with the local Boston Militia.

It's amazing what a bin of Fodder can make. This and Lance are both customs I wanted to make and both came about mostly from pieces parts.
