Cobra Eel Trainee

This was a custom I've had sitting for a while. I finally got around to painting modifying accessories and hitting up a waterslide decal.
Outside of just treating the figure and dull coating the blue, thus bad boy was pretty straight forward. I've got a basic cobra diver figure coming to follow this soon, but I really wanted something that bridges the gap between eel and basic diver so voila!
