Yeah, went with Black because these guys will be used more in evening city dios. City dio pieces coming along a little slower than I wanted.
If you're talking about his weapon it's just the poc jungle Duke with surpressor cut off.

Yeah, currently they're executing a war of attrition with all of the drug cartels in rio, trying to make it secure for the 2016 Olympics. I wanted to do a re-imagined shockwave and make him apart of the BOPE, since being a Detroit cop kind of makes him somewhat unsuccessful.
As for the custom, since I haven't given my two cents, it looks awesome. I think painting figures black isn't as easy as it looks which is why I usually go dark charcoal grey and use black washes so the detail isn't lost. You have no idea how many people just slop black on a figure and call it done. So kudos for maintaining the details.

My tools are crude. No dremel just utility knife. I cut it off then a little more fine carving.
Giga, thanks for the comment on keeping details. I went back and forth on what I wanted to do and since I plan to make more urban dios I wanted something commando black, but I agee on the charcoal with wash and dry brushing.
