I'm nearly done with my custom Lara. I just need to make her holsters and the gear on her belt.
Here's the recipe:
Head - ROC Cover Girl - I ripped the rubbery hair off and sculpted a new hairdo with epoxy putty. I used the quick-setting kind so I only had 5 minutes to work, which is why the ponytail looks a bit rough. I also sanded down the man-jaw ever so slightly and repainted her eyes and eyebrows.
Body & arms - MU Mary Jane
Hands - MU Black Widow
Legs - MU Ms Marvel
Belt - spares box; I think it's from a Snake Eyes fig.
Boots - PTE - I cut them off a spare PTE Marine and drilled them out to accept the MU legs. I didn't glue them on so I can have some ankle rotation. The fit is very snug and I don't need to worry about them falling off.
Backpack - Epoxy putty
Neckline - I cut a piece of masking tape to shape and stuck it to the MU chest. I then brushed on a few coats of shellac to seal it before painting. It looks better than the stock MU female balloon-chested look. And yes, you CAN see down her top, you perverts.
