I've been wanting a Dialtone for a loooong time now, but know that I will never ever be able to afford the club exclusive...
so...I swore...that I would make a custom so great it would make the club Dialtone look silly in comparison!!!

I've always liked the Arctic version of Kwinn, sure we got the explorer look in Retaliation, but I wanted to reproduce his look in the comics when He and Snake Eyes met up in the Arctic.
