I ran across a Disney/Pixar line TRU has. Their scales for these seem all over the board. Similar to the World of Nintendo line.
The have: a static 1.5-2" line a 3-3.5" slightly articulated and a 6"ish line of more articulated figures.

The 3-4" line looks terrible and is a bit on the small side to be useful for much. The Wall-e figure is great through and is about as tall as a typical astromech. He sports a swivel head, articulated shoulders, clasping hands, and rolling wheels.

The Incredibles may be usefull for heads but they are way too smale for anything else. They look more like Disney Infinity figures than anything else. If you're looking for a good 4" Mr. Incredible Revlotech did a Pixar line a few years back. That one is pretty awesome.

For more 1:18 scale compatible Disney/Pixar figures I have included some checklists for them:

Toy Story
Toy Story 3
Wall-E
Disney-Pixar Collection
Pixar Revoltech Figure Collection

Saw these as well, but didn't find any of them remotely useful or interesting, unlike the Infinity stuff.

Yeah, i was pretty disappointed that they went with 3" figurine style figures. But that is what Thinkway usually does. Even with their Despicable Me and Wreck it Ralph figures there just not quite right for 1:18. You can fudge some of them in here and there.
Even Revoltech's line can be kind of off. Mr. I is right at 4" but Sully is like 2.5". Hopefully Thinkway adds some Monsters' Inc. figures that would look okay at 3".

I do like the Wall-E figure but that is about it. I think the EVE figure is way too large to work. Disney released some good pvc figurines a few years back that are pretty good to use for most of the Wall-E bots.

I do kind of want to take one of my Wall-Es and paint it up like R2 though.

We got some of the Infinity figures for my daughter but she never really played the game too much so I doubt we'll get 2.0.
