I ran across a Disney/Pixar line TRU has. Their scales for these seem all over the board. Similar to the World of Nintendo line.
The have: a static 1.5-2" line a 3-3.5" slightly articulated and a 6"ish line of more articulated figures.
The 3-4" line looks terrible and is a bit on the small side to be useful for much. The Wall-e figure is great through and is about as tall as a typical astromech. He sports a swivel head, articulated shoulders, clasping hands, and rolling wheels.
The Incredibles may be usefull for heads but they are way too smale for anything else. They look more like Disney Infinity figures than anything else. If you're looking for a good 4" Mr. Incredible Revlotech did a Pixar line a few years back. That one is pretty awesome.
For more 1:18 scale compatible Disney/Pixar figures I have included some checklists for them:
Toy Story
Toy Story 3
Wall-E
Disney-Pixar Collection
Pixar Revoltech Figure Collection
