Dragonhawk V-Tol wing mods

I originally posted this wip on HT i know alot of you guys rarely go there or not anymore but i wanted opinions only got 2 comments on HT but they said the flow of the lines dont match up
now i am a stickler on flow trust me many a project gets scrapped cause it just doesnt flow
my thinking its the color of the two clashing thats throwing the lines off now if both were green you prob wouldnt notice
regardless i am still going to make this with these wings but whats your guys thoughts?
i originally made one with rattler wings but i feel the size of the engines feel inadequate
i think it has an Aliens Dropship Vibe to it with these wings

I think after you get a cohesive paint job on it it'll be fine.

I think it'd be interesting to see it mocked-up with the Rattler ones too, though.

as you can see i switched the Hurricane wings around from this pic which look better with the "Swooping" look

any suggestions on what to add to the bottom portion of the body were the two holes are? more guns or missiles? and what type of missiles to add to the wings?

i dunno, now, I kind of like that Rattler set up. Maybe in a Joe livery instead of Cobra Blue.


Cobra Blue shouldn't be used on anything.

the holes that are on the sides of the lower body
its made for 2.5 figures but i can mod the seats to fit reg 4" figs in it

Have to agree With pretty much everything that's been posted so far. Slap some paint on that bad boy and it will rock.

unfortunatly not they dont quite clear it so i am thinking of an alternative and adding some engines to the underbelly

By itself it looks pretty cool, but next to the one with the Rattler wings, I'd have to say the Rattler wings have similar curvy, rounded look.

I think the version your working on has a tougher I'm going to F___ you up look, especially with a new paint job and some weathering and maybe a little superficial battle damage like an A-10

i found me some engines from a Terminator Hunter killer that will be just perfect for the V-tol engines so the other wings will just stay straight and be the main thrusting engines in flight
also seeing a flaw in the Rattler design is that the engines would also be to close to the missile pods in V-tol liftoff

man, i don't know if i'd mess with it any more...i think it looks really good after the paint...and i like the non-rattler wings better...has more of a similar look to the rest of it...
