I’m sorry, but is it just me or does the new baroness look like a cross dresser? It’s a dude’s face under the makeup and long hair. Once I saw it I can’t unsee it 🫤

Crazy how, despite all the progress in molding technology and facial mapping, they still manage to drop a dud from time to time. Even at 1:12 scale there have been more than a few bad headsculpts.

I think it's just a case of bad sculptors combined with deadlines. Somebody designs a dud and by the time protos come back, it's too late to start over. The molds are probably already in production and they're merely worried about plastic colors.

In my brain, all the bad Classified headsculpts are by the same dude... who they will hopefully reassign to the mailroom after Covergirl, Falcon, and a few others. It shouldn't be a secret internally whose work is routinely despised by consumers. We're nothing if not a vocal fandom.

Very true. There definitely seems to be a similarity of design for the bad ones. Hopefully, particularly with recent cut backs, Hasbro will take a hint from DOGE and go merit based only for design personnel.
