Cenubio is cuban through and through. A penchant for cigars and dockside shoes seems to cover the fact that when on duty he is one of the most hardened Jungle operations experts under THE "El Hefe"'s command. His expertise in fighting in the jungle ranges from modern techniques all the way down to indigenous guerilla techniques he learned in various jungles around the world, notably Sierra Gordo. However, when those skills aren't called for he is one of the "party's" leading propaganda ministers and works closely alongside the various higher ups in the Oktober Guard to make materials for garnering support for the cause.
