My custom Cover Girl in mechanic's togs, working in the Joe motor pool.

I saw a similar figure on JoeCustoms about a year ago and thought it was a great idea.
To cut a long story short, when I saw Tunnel Rat's hanging coveralls, I thought they'd be perfect for a figure like this, and finally decided to make my own quickie version.

I repainted an MU Black Widow body and a Sue Storm head.

Gratuitous panty shot. :p

I finished her fairly quickly - even with all the repainting, she only took me a couple of hours.
I hope you guys like her.

I suspected this idea was executable! Maybe if I happen across another TR.

Looks amazing Fled! I suspect the camera is her worse enemy and her skin doesn't look so rough in person. I wish I could purchase that head in the store.

Great Job Fled!!

She looks hot!

The detail on the hair is awesome! The multiple shades really stands out.

Thanks for the great feedback, guys. :)

Sad but true, I was a bit disappointed that the camera showed all the blemishes.
I bought Sue off a Chinese eBay seller a few months back. I forgot which eBay store it was, though (they all look alike, to be honest). :p

Think I may use that LJ torso I have coming to try this out.

This is great! So how did you do this? I mean, did you just swap out the legs or did you have to do any cutting?

Probably chopped the TR torso off at the waist.

That's what I'd do .

I was hoping the legs and the down-turned part of the overalls would just slip onto the MU body, I'd hate to sacrifice the TR lower body...not because the TR part is so good, I just like to re-use as much as possible.

Great! Fled, if it's all right, I'd like to do a similar custom based on yours. I need a female mechanic for my Bertie Warbot.

Fled's right, I just tried the legs and coveralls on an MU Kitty Pride figure and it all works perfectly. There's a bit of slack in the coveralls/hips, but nothing a little epoxy putty, hotglue or plumbers tape can't fix.

This is a great looking figure. For some reason the overalls work better on the ladies. Nice to see it get the front page love.

Watch, this will touch off a brushfire of customs vying for a front page slot!
