Not sure, since I painted my Amazon one. It looks fairly close to the Renegades SS though.

That's a helluva difference. Budo defiantly needs added paint aps to reproduce intricate detailed samurai armor.

How hard would it be to cut off the skirt? I'd like to remove the skirt but keep the chest armor to do a vintage inspired custom.

You could probably remove the legs, pull off the skirt, and put the legs back in pretty easy.

It's a shame the jimbaori adds so much bulk. I may try to DIY one.

This is mostly a test repaint really. I plan on adding soft goods of course.

I am leaning toward an off-the-figure method of display, though. I really don't have a use for a samurai figure, but the armor could make for a fine artifact/relic.
