Okay, that's hyperbole. '89 Burton Batmobile is best mobile.

NIIICE! 66 is my favorite and I have several versions, but I have to say, I paid like $70 for the TRU DC Classics scale one, but I never use or photograph it. It's still so friggin sweet. Also have the 1:18 tumbler, but I think the scaling may be smaller than it should...

Anyone see these yet? I had them both in hand at TRU the other day, but put them back.. Now I'm kinda mad at myself for not getting Grundy.

I saw both of them at WM yesterday, and the sculpting on batman is so bad. The pin-head with giant neck just doesn't work. Mattel appears to be in the 2007 GIJoe diaper-crotch stage of action figure development. So in a decade, they might be able to produce a worthy 4" figure. Right now, it's just a little sad.

I looked into this line but quickly deduced that full investment would be too rich for my blood. Any b&m retailers carrying these?

<—— idiot. READ! It's right in the first post! :headinsand:

$100 doesn't sound too bad considering the Hot Toys BTTF Delorean will be $600-$700. Though, that's 1/6th.

It has lights and sounds, and room enough for two in the interior. Bat's can get it on with Catwoman or the forthcoming Phantasm figures. :D

Plus the first wave was rife with QC problems. Lots of broken joints to the fact that Mattel had to issue a technical release detailing how they'd be correcting the joint design/materials going forward. Doesn't help anyone that dropped $20 a pop on them though.

I skipped them, not because I didn't like them, but because of my experience with JLU figures. They look great. Getting any of them to even remotely stand up on those tiny Bruce Timm ankles/feet was nigh impossible.

These actually come with doll stands. I can't front, these would make one hell of a display.
