To be honest - nothing special. Many other did the same custom. I really loved this build so managed to do it myself. The only "big job" over here is the self-painted head.
MTF store didn"t have the black skull masked head...so I used my old red head...painted black and than added the skull face. Great exercise for painters I could say

The sunglasses - thin cardboard cut in the right shape.
