Just a quick assemble and paint job. I have never done a wash or anything like that so its pretty plain jane but I think they look cool.

Sorry for the fat fingers in the pics. These were taken at work with my phone.

I thought this guy looked like a Sherriff's Dept door breacher...

I missed the boat on the F118 figures. When were they available for sale? Where can I get a couple?

Cool! For being a 100% from scratch figure,I sure do recognize some components parts where sculpted after...that shocktrooper torso and V54 Snake eyes hands for example, lol.i could be wrong tho, happens a lot...looks great,I wish I'd have signed up sooner, super jelly now!

Crap.

How did the F118th get these figures made? Or is that a trade secret? What's the possibility of making more? Obviously your limited run was profitable. You could have great success churning out a few figures a year and taking polls on what members want the most. Just stay away from WWII. ;)

Not one person ever said this figure was 100% scratch, especially me.

The photos below will show the initial parts and sculpt work, as well as the use of 2 different sets of base arms for the final design.

And you'll also notice in the photos, the hands were not from SE originally. The use of the SE hands in the end was decided because they were easier to cast (with joint).

Hey Obi...why didn't the first arms make it to the final?...I LOVE the double elbow and bicep swivel!

To be completely honest... I rushed them trying to simply "get it done", and didn't like the turn-out. So in haste, I opted for the others for the simplicity of them. You also have to realize, this was my 1st attempt at sculpting entire arms/legs/etc!

At some point though, I'd like to revisit those arms and make them "right".

Gotta say...I agree with the double bicep, that would have been great. With that being said, they really are truly awesome figs. LOVE the thigh swivel. Really dig the modern era loadout/setup. If they weren't so fragile(must be Italian) these would be pure perfection. You guys did an absolutely outstanding job with these.
