I have made a number of customs, but most a simple re-paints.
A Cobra Hardsuit
This is basically an Iron Man Ground Assault Drone with the helmet of a PoC Cyber-Viper. Unlike the Iron Man version, this suit has a human operator.
Red Laser Custom
A simple repaint of Cobra Commander, to be Red Shadow's infamous electrical engineer and laser gunner.
"Give Me Some Sugar, Baby!"
This is a tall figure - sightly taller then those DC and newer He-Man figures. I gave him more defined tones, by highlighting his muscles. I used a brown paper bag, and a green marker pen for his iconic wad of cash.
Beyond such simple customizing, the hardest thing I had to do, was fixed his right wrist. It took me months to consider all of my options (with lots of complex ideas), until I figured that is was a simple fix with a simple screw. XP
I could not stand seeing their paints look so clean, so I made them look "acid washed", and I added smudges at the knees and seat. Torch was also given a tan. The reasoning this simple enough: they are bikers and grease-monkeys from Australia, so they are supposed to look dirty and sun-backed.
Cyber-Viper
This is basically a Tele-Viper given the Ghost in the Shell treatment. The body is Nick Furry, with a head of a Jungle-Viper (this might change). If I can find or mod one, I will give him a chrome ""U.N.C.L.E. Special" Carbine - think Megatron. I'm still working in a visor for him.
This type of telecommunications and electronic-warfare specialist, is a skilled hacker, and can control remote-control drones (B.A.T.s, C.L.A.W.s, "Trouble Bubble" flight pods), all while using neuro-impulse control.
This B.A.T. was given some extra stuff. Besides its flamethrower and grapple-claw arms, it also has a hydraulic claw, to replace that stack of cups thingy. It can also mount, under its wrists, a .50 cal machine gun (from Roadblock), and a chain-gun (from a Terminator: Salvation T-600). The ammopack for the chain-gun fits nicely on the BATs backpack.
