I've had this one on the bench for a couple of years, Originally slated to be a Rastafarian Drug Dealer, I've been on a Dinosaur Kick, so he had a Role Change.

You could say he hunts dinos to extract a drug from their tissues and stick with the original idea, too. Then do a figure of somebody using whatever the drug is.
