Joe Con 2012 is in full swing and the news,  photo’s and coverage has been coming in at a furious pace.  As we have been discussing the updates from our friends at OG13.com as well as other Joe sites like GeneralsJoes.com,  it was announced today that two figures were pulled out of the display case shortly after they were displayed.  One of our Forum Founder’s Birddog surprised us today with a rare photo of a possible upcoming Roadblock which was one of the two figures that was yanked out of the Hasbro case.  Here is a quote from Birddog: Here’s a picture of the Roadblock I took. The G.I.Joe Club has announced that they have started shipping their exclusive Free  Membership Figure already.  If you signed up for a Club Membership before the extended March 23rd deadline,  you will see your Exclusive Figure before the end of May.  Below is a quote from the Club’s Email: “SURPRISE! This week we started mailing the FREE membership figures for 2012! We were able to get these manufactured much earlier this year, so off they go to you! It will take several weeks for them to reach all of the membership, so please be patient.   I was a child of the 80’s and like most kids I fell in love with G.I. Joe.  As the years went on and I got into video games,  I’ve always dreamed of a good G.I. Joe video game.  I’ve played the few games that have come out and haven’t been impressed.  When the Rise of Cobra movie was announced I was excited for the release of the video game.  It’s frustrating that most movie based video games have a reputation of being low budget,  rushed and frankly just not very good.  This game is no exception.
