I know, you thought I wrapped this all up yesterday with a nice little bow. Didn’t you? DIDN’T YOU?! Well, you’re wrong. I have some more to say. Some of this might give you a feeling of deja-vu, but we got some more pictures and information last minute, and I figured I’d wrap it all up with some final thoughts today. I don’t apologize for reusing some of my thoughts from Day 4, but then I’ve never been all that apologetic. NECA released a preliminary packaging photo showing 4 figures via their Twitter account a few days ago. This is the first released photo of the soon to be released 3.75" Gears of War figures. The cards shown all have the same card art however that won't be the case when released. Read More »

  When McFarlane toys gave us a Warthog, we were pleased that we had something that worked with our Halo figures, but the scale variance between our 1:18th figures and the Halo toys was off-putting. Many of us yearned for Halo toys that would fit in more with our 3-3/4 figures and vehicles. Sure, we could drop our Joes into the McFarlane Warthog, but it looked terrible, like you put your kids behind the wheel of your Humvee and told them to “look natural”. Natural, it was not.   Jada toys decides to throw us collectors a bone with a new Warthog(which they are releasing in a “pre-dirtied” version as well.)
