Interesting...I bought one from Target Monday and it was tan...scooped up one at Wal-Mart yesterday morning and my son pointed out last night (still haven't opened it) that it is blue. coincidence or evil plan???

The POC alternate Zartan head fits nicely, skin tone is a good match.

I think the Clutch head will look good on it also.

Yes it is. I can only guess it's meant to be a cloaking device as seen in the Ghost Recon Alpha movie.

It's a running change. The Blue Joe trooper and Blue CC will be the "rare" ones
