So it finally gets posted up here. My thoughts are still the same, a great piece with a couple of missteps.

Oooooo... I like it. Now make another one. Then, ship it asap to the address I will give you at a later date. :)

Very cool, bro.

When you make mine, make sure you add the rivets.

Seriously man... I'd pay a decent chunk for that thing. Fucking awesome.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

Care to point them out to me? The only thing that is really wrong with it is lack of rivets. I didn't work out how to do them until after I painted it. :(

A little too roomy, and the pin-ups (looks like a couple of shots of Hedy Lamarr, and one from the '80s or later) are anachronistic.

It's not too roomy, The schematics were exactly to scale. It took almost as long researching and getting all the measurements right as it did making the actual thing. You can see the calculations on my diagram pic. I took the real life dimensions from the Indy prop book, also in the pic.
All the pin ups are from the 30's, apart from the one of Claudia Schiffer haha.

Look later to me, but you had the originals so I can't press the point.

That tank definitely should be produced. Why don't you offer that model to Hasbro for production? May be your masterpiece is a little bit too sofisticated for Hasbro but I think a simplified version with customization left to the customes would do it. If Hasbro were not interested, you could do the following: Check with kickstarter.com whether they would post it for potential investors. Or simply sell detailed technical drawings and part lists. I would love to have one of these (or two or three ...).

See... people want this. Put together some basic build plans/specs, and charge a nominal fee for them.

Macht schnell!

I have a friend who does paper models, says he can make a 1:18th kit of this no problem. Simple matter of using whatever material you want, and of course getting proper treads.

Example of his paper work -

Warhammer Titan - over 20in tall, in correct scale with gaming miniatures.
