My first custom vehicle

Please be kind, I'm just starting and this is for my 6yr old son to play with don't forget. I sure could use some good constructive critisisim. I bought the humvee about 6mnths ago at Bellingham's Target store for 20. Got the Ourwar figs online couple of months ago. I'm not going for complete realisim as I said these are for my 6yr old to play with and he's been playing with them for months now and hasnt destroyed them. Thats why I decided to put some time in while I have it and custom shit up a little. ( Something I wanted to do since I was a kid). Anyway here you go the first one is the before shot of the humvee.

I like them cause they are already a group and you can add more of them for another squad. I will probably get one more set. I sure like the new GI Joes to mod and customise. Will get more of them. I'd like to start a team with the Cobra Shock Troopers, but for 15 to 30 dollars mmmm...
