That Beachhead, and Firefly! Sure you also get quite a bit of fodder also.

Traded my Beachhead to Fogger.

Firefly, I grant you. The SE is mighty fine when you strip all that ninja crap off of him, and the ST would have been great with a some other paint cheme. Stormshadow is retread garbage, and nothing on Mouse is particularly useful.

I don't know if I'd give up the Snakes Eyes from the 3 pack with Mouse and Airborne. He might come in handy for a good kit-bash of a different character.

Oh I know I'm not. That 3 pack will only be referred to as excellent fodder. Airborne's basic sculpt and head makes for a great looking terrorist, Snakeeyes has just an all around great sculpt for those (like me) who didn't want to ruin their POC SE. Then Mouse just looks like a great generic figure.

Well I'll probably take as many of those STs and Beachheads that I can. I could give two shits about that Stormshadow. And I like the Mouse for some reason

.His hands will be useful. It's a shame most of the rest of that pack is garbage.

I need that SE torso for my '70s Jules Winnfield custom so I don't have much choice other than to buy it and hope I can swap the rest for fodder that actually useful.

A Jules custom?!? That screams badass. And if you do. Shoot me a message, I can think of tons of uses for the other two.

I've been planning it for a while, but that SE torso never came up for trade. I could have used a DG Shipwreck but I wanted to do minimal painting this time around.

Guess I'll need to hit up Target next week.

ANyone buying the 2nd Joe 3 pack and doesn't want the Snake Eyes?

I'll have to see the pack in person to see if it's even worth buying at all...what's so special aout the SE figure?...is it not the same (aside from gear) as the ultimate PoC version?

It's better than Walmart. Plus, these excellent figures are only $20.

Highest of fives!

It's exactly the same, and like I said, I want my '70s Jules Winnfield to have a black sweater, so I need the SE buck.

Somebody at Walmart must have fucked your mothers, sisters and/or high school sweethearts.

SS comes with the ultimate FF and that red ST...so anyone wanting that FF is gonna end up with that garbage SS...SE comes with AB and Mouse...at least they are good for fodder (AB has Data Viper parts!)...like KT said, the most you could use off SS is hands/feet

I have yet to see anyone who wants that piece of ass labeled Stormshadow. Does anyone want SS after the Renegades version?

Some one made a pretty descent Firefly custom with parts from Ret wave 1 SS...its the same mold right?

https://www.og13.com/forums/showthread.php?5177-My-Firefly

WIP pics on FB showed arms and head for sure...cannot recall if the torso is as well. I know the legs are not...

Anyway - there may be some use to him...maybe. I only want FF in that 3 pack as well...the other 2 figures in the pack will be very abundant I think...

The Cobra Invasion SS is the ROC wave 1 SS without the skirt. I think the hands are still the ROC version too. The Firefly custom you linked uses Ret SS wave 1 head and arms on Ret SE torso with ROC City Strike SS legs.

The only use I would have for that 3 pack SS is the legs like KT said. The other 2 are keepers.

The Cobra Invasion 3-pack Storm Shadow like the RoC releases of the mold are useful for modern clothes (legs especially with the sneakers) and the upper body can make for good Racing jackets or cyberpunk (Yakuza street gang anyone?)

I don't know...that damn FF being in there pretty much makes them like the DG figures...douche bag hoarders or scalplers will be buying them up like hotcakes...maybe

I can see that. I intend to only get two. One to keep as is. The other to do what I do to most figures of mine. Unless he starts becoming rare, I'll probably buy some to use as trade fodder.

Here's another awesome looking figure that I hope will see the light of day. Along with Ultimate Duke and Road Block.

He'll be great with some new webbing.

No he won't. That fucking collar is not removable. He's using the same torso as Mouse, who uses the same torso as the Retaliation trooper, just with a new collar glued on. It's a modified Shock Trooper buck, but with a new neck/collar that pegs in at the collar. Just like I was pissed when I found out the Retaliation Trooper's collar was glued on and not removable, imagine my irritation when I realized that the same torso is used for Mouse. When you remove his vest, there's a tightly-fitting collar that stays attached to the figure. Flint's the same damn way.

*goes to see just what MR is in need of douching the sand out of his vagina about*

O.K.

I'd have to have it all in hand to get the outrage, but those uppers are still golden for rolled up jungle jackets sleeves.

Since you'll be slapping a new vest on the figure, can't you just cut off the collar with an exacto knife? I'll have to experiment when I get the Joe pack, because I doubt any of the figures in that pack will be used "as is"

I would assume so. Some people apparently aren't into that solution, though.

That collar may come in handy when attempting a flak vest. Just have to wait and see.

The neck and collar are one piece. Sure, you can cut the collar off but it'll be a nasty cut unless you're super careful. Cloud knows what I'm talking about. This little change ruined that torso (in all of its executions) for me. I still don't know why they couldn't stick with the perfect Shockziesss torso.

Yeah, the Retaliation Joe Trooper neck/collar is extremely stupid. I'm not sure why Hasbro decided to make them one piece instead of having the collar be a separate piece. More than likely, it would take some sculpting to make the area look normal after cutting the collar off.

I guess someone could mod a replacement neck and create it as a "plug" and have someone like Jesse cast it? Something with a more traditional collar that could fit in the same cavity and hide any gap?
