After seeing Morelock's Special Forces guys, and reminding me of MW3 characters, I started putting this guy together today. Not finished, but you get the idea so far.

That's the Ret Night Fox vest (thanks Giga), modified slightly to wear 2 sets of Bravo pouches (TJ casts).
Edit: actually, I had to dremel the shit out of the inside of vest to get it to come close to fitting. As is, I'll have to "close the gaps" with a pouch or something. I say "gaps", because I cut the solid side open for ease of working on.

I'm going to rig the IBH helmet with goggles, straps, and more Tac gadgets - and then see if I can get the whole thing cast as a solid piece.

That would be the custom helmet I did months ago. Basically a protech style with mounted double headphones and mic.

I sort of nickname M4/M16 mags as STANAGs which is a NATO term for their standard small arms magazine dimensions (4179). By following these guidelines, NATO members can easily share ammunition on operations.

I do dig that vest too...I have one as well, but haven't been able to clear it out inside enough to get it to fit.

If that helmet was in fact cast by Jesse, I got a couple...eventually...I guess.

I have a piece I'm working on now that I need to finish painting tonight...thanks for the kick in the rear.

That vest is capable of fitting the 30th law perfectly. It's just a pain in the ass.

On the vest -

It doesn't fit 100% even after all the inner thinning out. It's just not designed overall to fit a standard torso.
On the sides, one opens one doesn't (I cut mine open)... so I'll have to add spacers to connect them. Most likely micro-canvas as a base, followed by a pouch of some kind. The peg side will have to be modified to retain the ability to snap together. No biggie though.

The helmet is being worked up to eventually be a solid, complete head, that will hopefully get cast.

I want several copies myself!

All this hard work makes me realize how much of a lazy fuck I am :p. Here's hoping for the cast to come to fruition!

The thing I don't like about the helmet being a solid head is losing the clear goggles...I think headless, cast in clear would be the best bet...just my opinion...

And as for the vest not fitting...have you heated it with a blowdryer then put it on quickly?...when it cools it should retain the new shape...you could also run it under cold water to set the new stretched shape...

Thanks Fled. Haven't thought about it until now, but I guess it could be cast at some point. I'm assuming for casting, it would be better having a blank front.

I'll get some more pics up tonight, since I did get the vest "expansion sections" done.

Just showng the balaclava head really, but I may turn the coveralls into a C4 suicide bomber. If I do, I'll have to make a C4 dog to go along with him. It's a MW3 thing.
