I may be able to help you out...which of those casts are you looking to trade off?
I have done this and what I did was left the arm mostly intact and dremeled out the entire neck and a cavity into the torso...then I shaped the wrist end of the forearm to fit into the cavity. When I just sliced off the elbow like the tutorial shows and sliced off the neck...the glue joint did not look right and kept breaking off...
Z-9 gunship all primed up. Next is a flat black base coat, then a top coat of Olive Drab.
I've modded the weapon pylons to accept the loadouts from the PTE A-10 and MH-6.
Should be cool when it's finished.

Machete don't sculpt.
I had a spare Brokenarrow Repeater head so I sculpted a stache and some 80's hair.
I did some mods to Flint. I was just trying to create a simple base for an updated Action Force trooper.

Ah! So he does. That was a really well-done figure, but I just am not interested in him. I tossed him in a box and haven't done anything with him yet.
Actually the single pack wave 1 SS. The newest one uses POC SE hands and those didn't look as good. If I can get a couple Dukes cheap, I'm going to dye all of my spare SS hands a much more manageable color.

I made a mag pouch and it blows the tape away. for a rigid look it is superior. You can draw on it and get straighter lines/cuts/folds.
I just made a mag pouch out of one piece with like 8 fold lines. used a circle template to get thecurve on the opening part of the pouch cover for a perfect cut and double sided a tiny piece of hockey tape so flap stays closed. And the mags are removable. Nice crisp corners.
Guys I higly recommend for customizing vests and or pouches. Easier than I thought. Takes longer, but you get what you want.

Working a little with the Bruce head. I think the main issue is his eyes are a tad large. While I don't have the right eye color, I was working towards getting his beady look going. The beard, I just scraped with an x-acto knife and polished with a nail polishing block.
So what'd ya do?...paint the eyelid down a little more?...whatever you did, it looks tons better, even with the dopey grin
I used a micron pen and filled in the iris and the under edge of the upper lid. Instead of making the iris a complete circle inside the lids like Hasbro did, I drew the iris so it looked like it was partially under the upper lid.
working on a couple from the 3 pack. Great team builders. Snake Eyes will just be additions to my Ghost Ops, I think the Halo fig will make a Delta Squad and the boy scout may just build an alternate uni for my Joe trooper team. Similar uniform style and I have all the packs made so why not.

Those look nice!...Mouses vest looks tons better with the blue painted tan...and the vest you put on Airborne works quite well on that thick pocketed torso of his...

This is gonna be a dumb question, but, where does one get a Micron Pen. Any Art Store, Walmart?....
I've gotten them at Michaels in the scrapbooking section. Thus far I'm not good with them, though.
