Hell, the 80's LR line had better pistols then what these have. Christ, the handle on LR's pistol is HUGE.

But yeah... the figs look really good.

Wave 3 is ridiculously strong. I can't believe everything is gonna be one per case. That's gonna suck.

And NECA normally doesn't botch scale weapons that badly....

That is *seriously* a doll house for manchildren!

It's an AWESOME doll house for man children! Too bad it's so expensive. You could probably buy a sick computer mocked up to look like Castle Grey-Skull for that price.

You could buy a Vintage Castle Grey-skull with money left over to pay a hooker to play with your He-man.

So I did so more reading, and ED-209 isn't 100% scale accurate. Should still be large enough to make your Tiger Force Joes douse their BVDs.

NECA is also doing throw-back Kenner Predators.

Jazwares has the World War Z license. 6" figures ~ $20 at BBTS. Photos and discussion were apprently verboten.

They're gonna suck at any scale. Jazwares has yet to make a good figure.

Apparently we are gonna see new JP stuff in March.

I'm highly dubious the WWZ figures will scale with McF's Walking Dead line.

Fuck that, I'd use the money to buy one of those castles they made in the early 2000's reboot, then get a hooker to be my "She-Ra".

Possibly. The SKUs are already in TrU's computers. Take that for what it's worth.

I wouldn't hold out on Hasbro reusing existing tooling for a JP line. I think those pre-pro samples may be the only JP Joes we'll ever see.

With more popular properties like Iron Man 3 having those godawful 5POA figures coming out, I just don't see Hasbro reusing Joe molds with all those pieces. Even considering that they could create zero tooling, you have to consider assembly, too.

Is JP really a line that would warrant Joe-quality figures when Marvel blockbusters can't get them? They even retooled the 30th Storm Shadow figure for 5POA, likely to cut down on assembly costs.

I'd like the figures just for more fodder in new colors and hopefully with new accessories, but I'm not holding my breath.

They started it back in 2000. They were 1:6 figures. Nothing we would have been into, but I thought I'd bring up that Mattel was bringing the line back and that they were the typical Mattel garbage.
