I don't know much of this character, he was created by Ashley Wood to go with his World War Zombie/Zombie vs. Robots universe. He's some sort of badass assassin that can also communicate with robots.
That was enough to get me to make this custom. That, and the fact that the 4" version that was being sold is going for insane prices.
