I know what you mean. It was a damned if you do damned if you don't situation. I love Frag Vipers but do agree the bodies could have been done better.

Finally took the time to convert my blueshirt cops onto Joe bodies. Got to get to TRU sometime and get another police set for another police belt and the various other parts I used. I really want to get back to finishing all my police customs.

also finished up modifying the IH Bizarro and used a SW head on a MIB figure to make a Lex.
I used a MIB body and a head from the DC Lex 3.75 figure to make Senator Luthor for my Joeverse. I gotta ask (being a disabled Police Officer) do you sell any of those powder blue Officers? The Uniforms look just like the Department I was Chief of Police for. Loving the Police Dio and Officers, I need to come over to play sometime!!!!

Thanks. That was 20 minutes of noobish tinkering with Gimp. I think there was some conflict between the text layer and the coffee stain layer.
I've got another version where I played with the saturation and got a good, improperly stored color print effect.
