It's not so bad head-on, but any isometric view makes him look like a fatty.

I'd (very cautiously) cut the suit in half, then check the fitment again. Might take a Dremel to the inside of the vest to get it to lay closer to the chest.

It's Commissioner Gordon from the DCIH line...KT suggested it...I still have to do the elbows...I'm gonna add the typical Joe swivel elbow...perhaps the MU double elbow if I can find a decently matching tan Joe knee...

Mod a Henry Jones Sr. torso to fit a Joe lower torso(just dremel the hell out of it). and then cut away the vest part of the ProfX coat. That's the part of the coat that makes it too bulky.

Hey Matt...who is that?...Deadpool?...Spider-Man?...Deathstroke?...your own creation?

I have a ton of in progress projects. Probably 30-50 figures all in different phases. Here's a shot of the "mess" aka workbench. LOL

It may look like a mess to you, but to me, that looks neat...my WIPS are all just stacked on top of each other laying down (GIGGIDY!)...standing up on stands like you have, so much easier to see what you have going on...I'm gonna have to do that myself...

Yeah, the stands help.

I also have a fishing tackle box to the left you can't see full of parts and accessories all organized. So it's not all a mess I guess. :)

None of the above! It's Agent Venom from Marvel.

I'm getting my workbench/customizing room put back together... it's been out of commission for about 2 years with different projects happening to the house. Hopefully it'll be up and running in the next week or so. Here are the pics I snapped a coule weeks back:

Actual workbench and storage...

pic with shelves where I keep some of my fodder and crap for sale on the side and middle table for pics and stuff.

And since I've gotten most of all my fodder baggies put away(that are on the workbench in that first pic).. I dug right into a new project with the clearance Retaliation Ninja 4x4 Combat Cruisers...

My son wanted me to make Autobot Hound out of it..

I just need the sealant to dry and then go to work on the details.

There's the rub, I really don't have a donor yet. The top two contenders are Joe Colton and the MIBIII buck. Each has it's draw backs.

The upper is moving along, though. He's got both arms and a head, and just needs a tiny bit of paint work.

That looks great! I may just have to copy this idea! What kind of paint did you use for the green? And is it spray paint or did you brush it on?

What about those StormShadow legs?...yeah, they're not 100% proper suit slacks, but they are white...isn't there even a figure with black legs in that SS mold?

I'm going with tan trousers, so I'm not above painting. I thought about the SS legs, but I no longer have a full set, and it wasn't quite what I was looking for anyhow. I kinda want to use a Prof. X buck, I am totally against hacking that figure up.

The big issue I have with the MIB III legs (aside from having to strip the white paint I put on them) is the knees. I can add ankle articulation (I was thinking Para-Viper feet), but that single knee kind of bugs the shit out of me.

I've never had a MIB figure in hand so I'm not sure about their build...but is it possible to add a double knee?...slot the upper and lower legs and pin the knee in them?

I used krylon spraypaint camo green and brown for it.

I looked at the PoC CC I've been scavenging parts from and he's about the same as RoC SS in this case.

Behind a camera watching you!
Bought a torso base from AF.

Where can I get the metal T bar to attach the legs? Or will a get a set if I order a pair of legs from them?

Was going to scrap a figure but its a figure I might want to reuse later.

I think you pretty much have to scavenge them. There used to be a few places that sold them, but that's all dried up, I believe.

Latest WIP...

head is from my store
torso is from Stocos28
the rest is Retaliation Lady Jaye, arms were smoothed down to remove any clothing wrinkles.

I want to paint the pants in a desert camo pattern. I still have to accessorize as well, grenades, holsters, etc.

I was going to go with "Desert Fox" for a code name, but I was told that there's a vehicle called the Desert Fox so now I need a new name...
