Vamp to MRAP? WIP

Hello fellow fighters!
I have been working on this for awhile. It sat on my bench for awhile and then things got ugly at home so it sat more. Now that I can have some time to myself I can do this. I took the POC Vamp and removed everything. Then using styrene, I started building up a body/top to this truck. After seeing Digler's awesome MRAP I knew I had to finish this so it's officially in work again.

I have been looking for nicer wheels/tires for this....so far nothing I liked. It is actually jacked up using styrene and some inspiration form Digler with Legos.

Scissors my friend scissors. The ones on my Leatherman Multitool can go through .03 ABS, and styrene w/ little to no problem.

Ok, need some advice:
I yanked the wheels off of a GI Joe APC and mocked them up on the truck. Are these any better or should I keep looking? I dont like the oversized John Deere Tractor wheels folks have put on this truck before so Im looking for something a little more "tame"?

I think they're better, but if you can find something with a larger diameter AND be wide, that'd be a bonus...

The tires look alot better, can you find PTE IFV wheels? Paint the wheel the same color of the vehicle and they will look a little better also (you probably know that though). If you can though, a little taller ones would fit the machine better.

Yes HJ, it is styrene except for the Joe parts(vamp lower body).

I am going to have to go with the APC Wheels. I havent foudn anythign else that works for the moment. Maybe later on I will find something better and just swap them out.
