What inspired me to do my own Popeye...still awesome!...

Bluto would be cool...use the Herc buck?...maybe some stumpier legs?

Not bad...even the head with some skilled Dremel work and a cap transplant from the five pack shipwreck would work for Blutos head...

Edit: no idea why it's upside down...I've rotated it and it still does it...

I popped one leg off the Cowboy to see if they'd switch over easily. And as I figured, even the goofy AB feet work!

As for the cap, I'll proffer this: I have the cap I cut from a Donald Duck minifigure, and I bet with a bill added to it it would be "close enough" to Bluto's.
