Is that the one that was released like 10 yrs ago? Looks different(I have stop collecting SW stuff a while ago) than the one I have. Other than the wash, is it custom or something?

Nope, that's the new (last year) AT-AT. Vastly larger than the POTF/POTF2 version.

Really? Ha! Never even knew they made another one. Looks magnificent with what PCS did to it. I got tons of that POTF stuff in a tub in the basement. My kids will be getting them in about another year or so. Are any worth anything now?

(Sorry to Hijack)

I like what you did with the skydive figure working into this.

Man,... this winter you need to do a large scale dio with these in that backyard.

Or,.... maybe your daughter could use a brand new very large sandbox to play in with her friends

Looks awesome, man!
I'm SO kicking myself for not getting this when Target Australia had them on sale several months ago. Granted, I wasn't into 1/18 back then, but still...

It looks realy phantastic. You are building up a great collection with your customized vehicles. As far as I know the subject is called "alternate history" which means a kind of science fiction where history takes a different path. Unfortunately in Brazil this AT AT costs about US$ 400 which is far beyond my means.

Was about $300NZ when released here. SO I never picked one up.

So I'm immensely jealous and impressed with your Atchung At-At!

Geez, those prices would certainly keep it out of my reach also. I wonder if they go on sale in the states if they would be worth shipping out there. Certainly worth the $120 I paid, but anything over $150 shipped would be pushing it.

They would need to find one really cheap here in the States to get a good deal, shipping would hurt, and i'm sure Klaus would get hit with a nasty customs fee to boot.

Didn't think about the Customs fees, but I figured snatching one here for around $80 would offset the shipping. I'm sure shipping that big sob would cost a good $50.

If I cut the base of the tower off, I could attach it temporarily, but then the turret is destroyed. Grrrrr.... If the AT-AT was painted, I could just pick up a Panther or PIII turret and mount it. Since I just applied a wash to the plastic, a match is almost impossible.

Actually, the magnets would work perfectly since the turret has a place for figures feet and then the other would be on the ceiling of the AT-AT. The gap between the bottom of the turret and the floorboard of the figure compartment is small enough that it will not be noticeable from a distance (as in my photos). This might be the perfect compromise since nothing gets destroyed. Thanks guys!
