Repainted Ginny head, and Ginny's skirt (it's longer than Luna's).
The headscarf is just a bit of paper napkin soaked in diluted white glue and painted once dry.

They already did, the YF-23 was used as the design for one of the jets that had a squirt gun built in back in the 90s

I was hoping for a better Resolute version.
I think the true heroes f-22 version would probably the best version we got, unless bbi or jsi or pte decide to make one.

I dont believe that hasbro would make one.
The YF-23 and the F-22 are two completely different airframes. Point of fact, Hasbro has already done both, the 23 as the Storm Eagle back in the ARAH days, and the F-22 as the Thunderwing during the new sculpt era.
JSI as far as I know is out of the game, I don't believe Bbi has the stomach for risk that an 1:18 F-22 would require, and I'm not sure when we'll see a new, large piece from M&C (PTE). I am fairly sure it's not gonna be a jet. I think we'd be fortunate to get their J-10 here in the States.
I need a new one but I'm crap at making a decent one. Although I need something otherwise my pictures appear on other toy sites without my permission.
