Angel - First Appearance, Uncanny X-Men

This was my first ever superhero custom. I lucked into another Angel late last month, and thought of doing this immediately!
The figure lent itself very easily to the process, and with a head & hand swap, plus some minor sculpting I felt it was a dead ringer! Well that and a nice wash to the wings to make them POP a bit.
I hope you guys enjoy it, and please now that the anonymity is gone please tell me what you think!

Head: DG Duke with sculpted mask
Hands: DG Snake Eyes
Rest: MU Angel with sculpted belt and boot cuffs

I don't know many Marvel characters outside of the mainstream ones, but based on the reference pics you nailed it. The yellow looks good and clean and very solid in color. Yellow is such a pain to paint.

THanks man. It took a good while. I painted the main figure with a thin grey first and then started my colors. The yellow was probably 5 to 10 layers.
