No, thank god. It looks more like a knobbly stick, but at least it's not a fucking cave man club.

It's a stubby, sad kind of mace. A mace is a weighted head attached to a shaft. A ball attached to a handle via a chain is a flail.Spikes may or may not be present on both types of weapon. When spikes are present they tend to be called a morning star/morgenstern.

I dunno, man. That's not much of a clearance, regardless of how useful she is. :lmao:

KT.. saw this on "clearance" at walmart.. want me to snag it for you?

If K doesn't want it, I do! Even if that's the clearance price, you won't find one cheaper than that anywhere else, and you certainly won't find it at a retail store!

It really makes you think... why the hell is that STILL there?!

Either:
A. It was somewhere in the warehouse side of the store
B. Hidden by an employee or a customer
C. A & B

I always ask them to check their inventory for things. Sometimes They write stuff up under shrink and then it turns up months, even years later. Other times, I'm right--they had what I was looking for that wasn't on a shelf or hook and it was in their inventory and had to go find it. Sometimes I force them find it if it shows up in their inventory.

I walked into Wal-Mart a few years back and they had a PotF2 Luke with speeder bike.

Ponder that shit.

One of the Chinese eBay sellers was selling them in bulk for well under $10 each recently. I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up again.

I cast up some more stuff:

BBI laptop, F118 backpack, Shock Trooper helmet, Shock Trooper riot shield, Dr. Jones Sr. diary, Team Bravo M4, Team Bravo shotgun, PIT Commando NVGs, ROC Baroness glasses (big thanks, KT!)

So I now have the cast head, helmet, mask, goggles, and riot shield for the Shock Trooper. If you look at in the right light you can see the "COBRA" name and insignia faintly on the shield.

Any of you gun fabricators have opinions on the best mix of parts to get this:

I've been watching Miami Vice and it really has me wanting a 1:18 Colt 733 with an M203.

Working on.... something. This is the first 1/18th figure I've done in a while. Waiting on primer to dry.

The sub in the background is a 1/700 Ohio-class SSBN, for those curious. That's for something entirely different

I had always thought that was just a tiny, shitty M-16

Yeah, I would have figured it was a fucked up M4/M203 combo.

It doesn't help that my Unimax figure experience ends at tankers and an MGer.

Dunno if anyone has been following the scattered Keaton Bat mod discussions, but I want to let everyone know that Daremo's shoulder-to-elbow mod for MIB bucks also works on the Keaton Batman.

We demand pics!

Seriously, I've followed the conversation, but have no idea what the original arms look like, or how the mods fit in.

Just busted the fucking peg.

It's a Mouse shoulder disk. THe long and short is you pull the elbow peg, put in the shoulder piece, put your pin back in, cut off the joint piece of the upper arm and drill a hole. Put it all together and boom, swivel arm action!

Are you heating up the upper arm when you put the peg in (not the peg itself)? It makes a huge difference getting the right fit.

As soon as I can get a new dremel bit, I can do a quick tutorial.
