Does anyone else have this problem with some figures having one leg that seems shorter than the other, causing them to stand lop sided?

I know the T-bar in some can be wonky, but that's not the problem. When I straighten the legs out and push them towards one another, one is visibly shorter.

Is it just me? Is there something going on with them that I can't see?

Usually a messed up piece or mold. If it is just your piece, then it's just the piece messed up, if a bunch of that figure has the same problem, then most likely, the mold is messed up.

My Nick Fury figure is way off balance, like 1/8" he won't stand up without a stand, paid
$34.00 for the set with the tan mechs Iron Man set, was pretty pissed, the mechs were
Crappy to, not fond of Avenger figs either.

I've seen some where the lower legs are noticeably not the same length. And then there's some where the feet are not recessed into the lower leg equally, or one "ankle" is a tad taller than the other.
