So they updated H&R... Looks much better. Still hate the torso but it's got the better webgear again, and green skin paint.

That's a cool gesture that they are improving Hit and Run. I still don't really want the figure though.
I'm not sure it's a gesture so much as it is a "f*%#...we need to boost sales."...but either way, it is nice to see it happening...
That H&R was a big seller/dealbreaker for a lot of folks, I think. You can't just show a fucking concept case figure that got such big hype originally and then not deliver on it.
Just little shit, like how they completely missed the green-tinted skin paint, or using that ghastly new webgear when the one from the Con set was awesome and available, is beyond me. Just dumb decisions. I think that them adjusting that one is a much bigger deal than somewhat adjusting Spearhead's camo, or any of the other fandom requests from this go'round.
Despite my hesitations after FSS2's fumblefuckery, I went ahead with 2 sets, and I'll likely be on the lookout for a couple extra CGIs if they turn out looking better in-hand. That was one I was excited more about because he was one of my favorites as a kid. As far as the lineup goes, I was excited for about 80% of this one, and okay with all but 2 of them. I think Alpine is an okay figure, but one I'm not terribly excited over, and I think NCL and Vypra are both fails as far as their intended purposes, but I'm not butthurt over Vypra. At least her looking like a Cobra Troopette saves her from her initial lameness. So I guess it's down to those 3 as my least-anticipated ones… And they'll likely be the first month's shipment, heh.

Ok, cool. I didn't feel like getting burnt on pricy preorders for extras, so I may consider some trades down the road if you end up needing to sell him elsewhere.

NVM. Rex helped me find it. Silly me, I went to the FUCKING CLUB STORE. You know where they sell club products. They have a separate site for the FSS3 figs. Maybe if they were in the club store I wouldn't have had to pay a $4 processing fee.

Ya know, of all the subs, this one has the most gold in it as far as I'm concerned...not that it'll actually make me purchase the ridiculously overpriced set...
This is how most FSS selections should go, to be honest. I realize we just lucked out with repaints that don't suck for once, but goddamn if it wasn't time that we got some "good" repaints versus trash like Quarrel, or TF Airtight, or Bombardier.
There are a good 20+ figures they could do that are straight repaint/Frankenjoes, yet we get shit selections to pander to a wider audience. I get that it helps to please everyone, but fuck that. They need to maximize subscriptions while they can, not simply please the minority who have whined until they're breathless for shit like Listen N Fun Tripwire or red pads Grand Slam.

I agree that this one is the best. I still had buyers remorse after I clicked it though
I always thought that Slice is wearing some kind of fencing mask with metal mesh on its front. But as i can see in this picture i was wrong. What would be this? Or is this how they want to imitate that mesh?
That head sculpt is lazy and it is trash.
